- Those with multiple years of P&C sales experience
- Those working in insurance now

## How to Earn $1,500

Referral payment to you:

- $1,000 when agent signs a full ISM Agreement
- $500 on the anniversary date of their signing, as long as they are still members in good standing

---

## How to Earn Up to $5,000

Referral payment to you:

- $3,000 when agent signs a full ISM Agreement
- Receive 10% of Master Agency Net Income (paid quarterly) for 3 years, up to a maximum of $2,000 additional income

Requirements for payment:

- You must make a personal introduction and a warm hand-off to the Recruiter (Not just a name and number)
- You must work with the Recruiter to personally sell this opportunity to the prospect (Meet with recruiter and prospect in sales calls and initial presentation as requested by recruiter)
- You must agree to be a mentor to new member ISM when they join to help them succeed and grow
- SIAA will be sole judge of your meeting all requirements outlined for this bonus
