All the information you share with us is confidential and will not be shared with anyone outside of our organization. It is only being used for the purpose of evaluating your application for membership in SIAA. It will not be shared with any other person or organization without your permission.

Once you have finished completing each application and submit, it will notify us by email. After receiving notification of your completing all forms, your RVP will be in contact with you to discuss further steps.

It includes links to websites and information in your state that will be helpful in this process. It shows what is recommended and what is required, as well as a projected budget for startup costs and a budget tool for your first year and beyond.
