Thank you for your interest in becoming a member agency of SIAA. Please complete as much detailed information as you can when completing each of the 3 separate documents with links below. The Membership Application, the Financial Application, and the Marketing Plan. All the information you share with us is confidential and will not be shared with anyone outside of our organization. It is only being used for the purpose of evaluating your application for membership in SIAA. It will not be shared with any other person or organization without your permission. Please click on each link below to complete the information requested. You will have the ability to save and resume later as needed, if you are unable to complete all information requested at this time. Once you have finished completing each application and submit, it will notify us by email. After receiving notification of your completing all forms, your RVP will be in contact with you to discuss further steps.  The link below to “Setting Up Your Agency” will guide you through the steps that will need to be completed to set up a new independent insurance agency. It includes links to websites and information in your state that will be helpful in this process. It shows what is recommended and what is required, as well as a projected budget for startup costs and a budget tool for your first year and beyond.
