Joann Mannino began her insurance career working for an independent agency in New York in personal lines and commercial lines customer service. She moved to Arizona in 1980, worked for LeBaron & Carroll for 32 years in personal lines, small commercial and then management until she retired in 2021. She started working part time for SIAA earlier that year.
Her responsibilities include processing download, assisting with agencies’ compliance, agency licensing, agency appointments, company production and assisting management in projects as needed. Joann enjoys spending time with her family here in the valley and in northern Arizona. She is married with five children and nine grandchildren.
