Shayne Prather began her Insurance career at State Farm working in auto claims. After working in claims for many years she transitioned to retention and sales and then Agent support for Independent agents until she joined SIAA. As the assistant agency growth coach Shayne assists Richard Kunz with a variety of tasks and supports our members. In her spare time, she enjoys doing arts and crafts with her son, spending family and friends and her animals.
